Purpose: To create cohesive and unique symbols to represent three medical departments. The symbols feature remedying blockage associated with each medical department: hepatology, blood clot; urology, a kidney stone; rheumatology, a knot. Images were collected to generate concepts and ideas that were developed to create the final option seen below.
